We name clients only with their written permission, so these stories run without names, and we only publish numbers we can stand behind.

Payroll · Financial checkingShipped

Every payroll line checked by hand, every month. Now checked in minutes.

The job. A payroll team was checking every line by hand, month after month: hundreds of figures, one person, with the cost of a miss coming out of trust as much as money.

What we built. A system that does the checking and flags the handful of lines that genuinely need a person's judgement, with every check logged and every flag explained. The by-hand slog collapsed to minutes of review. It runs in their own cloud, so their data never leaves their own systems, they co-own it, and they can switch any part off.

Reporting · AutomationIn build

The report that eats eight to ten days, every single month.

The job. A team currently loses eight to ten days a month building one report by hand: gathering the numbers, formatting the document, checking it line by line. The same slog, every cycle.

What we're building. A system that drafts the report from their own data, in their format, to their standards, so a person checks it instead of assembling it. This one isn't finished, and we'd rather show you a real build in progress than a polished claim: when it ships and the client agrees, we'll publish the results.

Recruitment · ProductFor agencies of 3 to 15

The half-a-week that junior recruiters lose to sourcing.

The job. In most small recruitment agencies, sourcing candidates quietly eats about half a junior recruiter's week: searching, filtering, cross-checking, list-building. It's the definition of work a system should do.

What we build. A tool that sources candidates automatically against the brief, so a recruiter opens their laptop to a qualified shortlist instead of a blank search bar. It complements the job boards and CRM an agency already pays for, so juniors spend their week talking to people instead of hunting for them, which is the part that actually fills roles.

Market Mapper · Free toolAsk on the call

Your whole target market, mapped, with the decision-makers to contact.

What it is. Market Mapper is a free tool we built that hands marketing and sales teams a full list of the companies in their target market, plus the decision-makers to contact at each one.

Why it's free. It's the fastest way to show you, rather than tell you, what we build. Ask for your market's map on the Impact Call and we'll run it for you.

A note on the numbers you don't see here. We have results we're proud of across these and earlier projects, and we publish a number only when the client has confirmed it and agreed to it being public. If you want the detail, ask on the call: with a name and a handshake, we'll walk you through the real figures.
