Privacy

Your data, handled plainly.

The same principle we build on runs the site itself: nothing loads from anyone else until you choose it, and nothing about you is sold on. Here is exactly what happens.

Who runs this site and holds your data

This site is run by Kisloty Ltd (Company No. 16959752), trading as ainativ.es, of 33 Marian Road, London SW16 5HT. Kisloty Ltd is the data controller for any personal data described here. If you have any question about your data, email jim@ainativ.es.

What loads when you open a page

The pages, styles, fonts and small scripts all come from this site. There are no third-party scripts, no advertising trackers, and no cookies set when you simply read the site. The fonts are hosted here rather than fetched from Google, so no request goes out to anyone else as you browse.

When you choose to book a call

The "Book an Impact Call" button opens a booking window from Calendly, which we use to schedule calls. Calendly only loads at the moment you use that button, or hover over it ready to click. Nothing from Calendly loads before then. Once it loads, Calendly is a separate company that handles your booking under its own privacy policy, at calendly.com/privacy. If you would rather not use it, email jim@ainativ.es instead and we'll arrange the call directly.

If you email us

When you email us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply and, if we go on to work together, run that engagement. That's all we use them for. We don't add you to any marketing list you didn't ask for.

Measuring how the site is used

We want to know which parts of the site are useful, without following you around the web. The site records a few anonymous interaction events, such as a button being clicked, and keeps them in your own browser. Nothing is sent anywhere and no cookie is set. These events carry no name, no email and no cross-site identifier. This is disclosed here for transparency; if we ever connect it to a privacy-friendly analytics tool, we'll name that tool on this page first.

Our lawful basis

In plain words: we rely on our legitimate interest in running the business and replying to people who get in touch, and on your consent for anything you actively choose, such as loading Calendly to book a call. You can email a booking request instead if you'd rather not give that consent.

How long we keep things

We keep personal data only as long as we need it: to reply to you, and to run an engagement if you become a client. When we no longer need it, we delete it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email jim@ainativ.es and we'll sort it. If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

How to contact us

For anything about your data or this notice, email jim@ainativ.es, or write to Kisloty Ltd, 33 Marian Road, London SW16 5HT.
